A driving backplane (90), comprising a substrate (311), a plurality of pad groups (91), and a plurality of circuit groups (92), one circuit (921, 922) in each circuit group (92) being connected to one pad (911, 912) in one pad group (91), a pattern of at least one pad (911, 912) in each pad group (91) and the circuit group (92) connected thereto defining a circuit hollow area (92a), and the circuit hollow area (92a) comprising a first circuit hollow area (92a1) and a second circuit hollow area (92a2) respectively provided on two sides of the pad (911, 912) in a second direction (X); and further comprising a first surface (311a) covering the substrate (311) and a plurality of circuit group reflecting layers (314), each window opening area (61) on each reflecting layer (314) comprising a first area (611), a second area (612), and a third area (613) arranged in the second direction (X), the second area (612) exposing one pad group (91) and a pad spacing area (91a) corresponding to the pad group (91), and the first area (611) and the third area (613) exposing a first surface (311a) of the substrate (311).
