Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a driving circuit, a light-emitting unit, a transmission module, a sensing apparatus, and an electronic device. The driving circuit comprises: a first switch, connected between a first power supply and a first node; a single-photon avalanche diode, the single-photon avalanche diode and a sensing light source being connected in series between the first node and the ground; and an energy storage capacitor, connected between the first node and the ground, wherein the energy storage capacitor is configured to receive a voltage from the first power supply via the first switch, when turned on, and store electrical energy and pre-bias a reverse voltage of the single-photon avalanche diode to a preset avalanche voltage, and the energy storage capacitor is further configured to discharge the sensing light source when an avalanche occurs in the single-photon avalanche diode, so as to trigger the sensing light source to emit a sensing light pulse. The light-emitting unit, the transmission module, the sensing apparatus, and the electronic device comprise the driving circuit.
