Abstract:
A driving device for high-speed reciprocating rotation of an electric tooth cleaning instrument, comprising a driving coil (A2), a rotation shaft assembly, driving permanent magnets (A4, A5), an energy storage means, a front end cover (A6), and a rear end cover (A10). The rotation shaft assembly comprises a rotation shaft (A7) and a magnetic conductor (A3) fixedly connected to the rotation shaft (A7). The magnetic conductor (A3) surrounds the rotation shaft (A7); a portion, on one side of the rotation shaft (A7), of the magnetic conductor (A3) is provided with a single-side rotation shaft magnetic conductor protrusion (A31); the rotation shaft magnetic conductor protrusion (A31) penetrates into or penetrates through a hollow part of the driving coil (A2) and is provided with an electrode yoke end distant from the rotation shaft (A7) direction; the driving permanent magnets (A4, A5) are respectively distributed at positions close to two sides of the electrode yoke end of the rotation shaft magnetic conductor protrusion (A31); magnetic gaps (D1) are formed between the driving permanent magnets (A4, A5) and the electrode yoke end of the rotation shaft magnetic conductor protrusion (A31); in the moving process of the rotation shaft magnetic conductor protrusion (A31), the sizes of the magnetic gaps (D1) are kept to range from 0.1 mm to 2 mm. By means of the driving device the electric tooth cleaning instrument is miniaturized. The driving device can be applied in children's tooth cleaning instruments.
