Abstract:
According to the present invention, a charging terminal and a discharging terminal are connected to a conduction control terminal of a semiconductor switch. The present invention is provided with: a charging path that has a charging terminal and a charging switch allowing charging current to flow in a conduction control terminal of each of a plurality of semiconductor switches when switched to an ON-state; and a discharging path that has a discharging terminal and a discharging switch allowing discharging current to flow between each conduction control terminal and a low potential-side conduction terminal when switched to an OFF-state. A charging-side conduction element is disposed on a charging-side loop path forming a portion of the charging path, and causes the charging current to flow in a conduction state. A discharging-side conduction element is disposed on a discharging-side loop path forming a portion of the discharging path, and causes the discharging current to flow in a conduction state. A voltage detection unit is connected to a current output terminal of the charging-side conduction element and/or the discharging-side conduction element, and a resistor element is connected in parallel with the charging-side conduction element and/or the discharging-side conduction element. At least the charging switch, the discharging switch, and the voltage detection unit are configured as a drive IC.
