Abstract:
This driving force transmission device (1) is equipped with a device case (4) having a tank (44) for storing lubricating oil from an accommodating space (12a) between a housing (12) and an inner shaft (13), and a cylindrical accommodating part (40c) for accommodating the housing (12). In the case (4): the accommodating part (40c) has an inner peripheral surface (40b) facing the outer peripheral surface (19e) of the housing (12); and the tank (44) opens to the inner peripheral surface (40b) of the accommodating part (40c), and has an oil inlet (441a) for introducing the lubricating oil from the accommodating space (12a) in accordance with the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the housing when the four-wheel drive vehicle advances in a two-wheel drive state.
