The method comprises: decomposing, on the basis of the types of colors corresponding to original gray-scale data set to be displayed, said data set into a first gray-scale data set and a second gray-scale data set according to a set rule; and displaying the first and second gray-scale data sets in two continuous periods of time, respectively.
