Abstract:
A driving safety aid method and device. The method is: a safety aid device obtains current location information of a monitoring vehicle, and obtains current location information of monitored target objects within a preset area from a map server (S101); the current location information of the monitoring vehicle and the monitored target objects is fed back to a user of the monitoring vehicle, and/or safety aid information obtained according to the current location information of the monitoring vehicle and the current location information of the monitored target objects is fed back to the user of the monitoring vehicle (S102). The present invention uses mobile terminals carried by people to act as identifiers determining pedestrians or vehicles, and accurately obtains location information of pedestrians or vehicles via positioning systems of the mobile terminals, enabling a driver to know the locations of surrounding pedestrians or vehicles, thereby reducing the occurrence of traffic accidents.
