Abstract:
A driving substrate, a fabrication method therefor and a display apparatus, which relate to the technical field of displays. The driving substrate comprises: a base substrate (10); a first driving functional layer, which is disposed on a first surface of the base substrate (10), the first driving functional layer comprising multiple driving thin film transistors and multiple signal cables, and at least one signal cable is made of a single-layer structure and has a thickness greater than a threshold; a pad layer, the pad layer is disposed on a side of the first driving functional layer far from the base substrate, and the pad layer comprises multiple first pads (343) and multiple second pads (342), the first pads (343) being connected to corresponding first electrodes of the driving thin film transistors, and the second pads (342) being connected to a common electrode line in the signal cables. In the foregoing technical solutions, the number of patterning processes for fabricating a driving substrate can be reduced.
