A driving support apparatus is provided with: a storing means (210) for storing each of a plurality of past driving situations of the applicable vehicle as a set of a plurality of driving situation factors, and storing a behavior characteristic value that indicates the behavior characteristic of a driver in past driving situations, and a driving-situation occurrence frequency that indicates the frequency by which the past driving situations have occurred, in correspondence to the plurality of past driving situations, and also for storing a factor influencing value that indicates the magnitude of influence a driving situation factor has on the behavior characteristic, and a factor changing frequency that indicates the frequency by which the driving situation factor has changed, in correspondence to each of the plurality of driving situation factors; an estimating means (220) for estimating the driving behavior of the driver in the future, on the basis of the plurality of past driving situations, the behavior characteristic value, the driving-situation occurrence frequency, the factor influencing value, and the factor changing frequency; and an implementing means (230) for implementing a driving support in accordance with the estimated driving behavior.
