Abstract:
This driving switching control device which controls the switching of driving between a driver and an autonomous driving function in a vehicle provided with the autonomous driving function comprises: an operational information acquisition unit which acquires operational information based on driving operations inputted into a plurality of controls; a driving state switching unit which, during an autonomous driving state, carries out an override to switch to the other operational state in which driving operations by the driver are reflected in the behavior of the vehicle; a posture determination unit which acquires a plurality of pieces of detection information relating to the driving posture of the driver, and determines on an individual basis whether or not each piece of detection information shows a state suitable for the driving operation; and a permitted control setting unit which sets, with respect to the plurality of controls on an individual basis, controls that are permitted to accept an override, and controls not permitted to accept an override, on the basis of whether or not a state suitable for the driving operation is shown in the pieces of detection information.
