Abstract:
A droplet detection apparatus, comprising a first component (1), a second component (2) and a third component (3), the first component (1) being an apparatus used for loading a spacer fluid and a floating fluid during droplet detection and collecting a waste liquid after detection, the second component (2) being a droplet detection chip, the third component (3) being a container holding droplets for droplet PCR amplification, the second component (2) being fixedly connected to an upper surface of the first component (1), the third component (3) being detachably fixedly connected to a lower surface of the first component (1). The droplet detection apparatus detects fluorescence signals of droplet samples in a rapid, reliable, convenient and contamination-free manner. The droplet detection apparatus has low material and processing costs, and is beneficial for a wide range of clinical tests and other biological tests.
