Abstract:
A drowsiness suppression system for suppressing drowsiness in a driver (82) of a vehicle (80) is provided with a cold air supply device (11) and a control unit (40). The cold air supply device has coolers (18, 881) and blows cold air cooled by the coolers at the driver in order to encourage the driver to be wakeful. In addition, on the basis of information about driving breaks taken by the driver, the control unit performs defrosting of the coolers during said driving breaks.
