Abstract:
A drug-coated balloon and a preparation method therefor, the drug-coated balloon comprising a balloon body and a drug coating arranged on an outer surface of the balloon body, and the drug coating comprising a sequentially stacked bottom coating layer, interlayer coating layer, and top coating layer. The bottom coating layer is used for increasing the firmness and adhesion of the drug coating to the balloon body, reducing drug loss during delivery and increasing the rate of utilisation of the drug; the interlayer coating layer is used for loading the drug and also helps the drug to be better absorbed by the tissue; and the top coating layer is used for promoting the adhesion between the drug coating layer and the inner membrane of the vascular wall to better facilitate the tissue absorption capacity of the drug.
