Abstract:
Disclosed are a drug delivery system and a manufacturing method therefor. A manufacturing method for a drug delivery system according to an embodiment may comprise: a micelle preparing step of mixing and stirring a biodegradable polymer solution and an oil to prepare polymer micelles; a bead preparing step of crosslinking the polymer micelles to prepare hydrogel beads filled with the oil inside; a hollow bead preparing step of removing the oil contained in the hydrogel beads to prepare hollow beads; and a packing step of packing an additive into the hollow beads.
