Abstract:
The present invention relates to a drug detection device and a drug detection method using the same, the drug detection device comprising: a white light source for emitting white light; a focusing lens for focusing white light emitted from the white light source and collecting reflective light emitted from a sensor unit; a spectrometer for measuring a variation in intensity by measuring the spectral wavelength of the reflective light transmitted from the focusing lens; and a sensor unit for receiving the focused white light emitted from the focusing lens and emitting reflective light of the white light, the sensor unit being disposed below the focusing lens, wherein the sensor unit comprises: a titanium substrate; a porous sensing chip having a TiO2 nanotube formed therein, the sensing chip being disposed in a partial region within the titanium substrate and being adjacent to an opposed storage space; a sidewall for forming a storage space for temporarily storing a drug-mixed liquid, the sidewall being disposed on the titanium substrate; a light-transmitting substrate which is disposed to be spaced apart from the sensing chip and to be in close contact with the upper part of the sidewall; an intake pipe for introducing the drug-mixed liquid into the storage space; and a discharge pipe for discharging the drug-mixed liquid contained in the storage space. The present invention is capable of detecting a drug by optical interference bio-sensing through in-vitro testing.
