Abstract:
Disclosed is a drug feeder wherein the drive unit is improved to eliminate clogging of tablet by reversely rotating the rotor while maintaining forward rotation of a motor without reversely rotating the motor when clogging of tablet is detected.
A drive unit (17) of a drug feeder comprises a drive motor, a gear transmission system, an output shaft (31) and a switching unit, wherein the gear transmission system consists of a forward transmission pathway (45) and a reverse transmission pathway (46) provided between the motor shaft (41) of the drive motor and the output shaft (31), and the driving force of the drive motor is outputted to any one of the transmission pathways (45, 46) while being switched by the switching unit.
