The present invention provides a use of a reagent for inhibiting the interaction between LGMN and an integrin or a β subunit thereof in the preparation of a drug for inhibiting tumor or tumor cell metastasis. The reagent or composition of the present invention can effectively inhibit tumor or tumor cell metastasis.
