Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a drug inspection assistance device and a drug inspection assistance method which enable a pharmacist to perform drug inspection work efficiently. A drug inspection assistance device according to one embodiment is provided with: a drug cross-checking unit for cross-checking a reference image for a drug listed on a prescription and an image to be cross-checked based on a captured image of a drug packaged into portion packaging, and determining whether the drug shown by the image to be cross-checked and the drug shown by the reference image are the same drug; a listing table creation unit for creating, for respective drug types of drugs packaged into portion packaging, a listing table including a reference image for a drug that is to be dispensed according to a prescription and all images determined to show the same drug as the drug shown by the reference images from among images to be cross-checked; and a display control unit for causing a display screen of a display device to display a listing table for one type of drug out of the drug types of drugs listed on a prescription.
