Abstract:
Disclosed is a long sheet (10) for drug package bags which is prevented from being torn along any of incisions (b, 16) by tension during running, etc. and which gives drug package bags (A) having the effect of being easily opened through tearing. The sheet (10) is folded down the width-direction center, and a drug (a) is introduced into the space between the two halves (11, 11) of the folded sheet. Full-width areas of the sheet (10) which are respectively located ahead of and behind the drug (a) and the whole open edge parts of the two halves are fusion-bonded (12, 13) to obtain the drug package bags. The open-edge-side fusion-bonded part (13) is formed inside, and a plurality of fine incisions (width, 4 mm) for tearing (16) are formed along the whole machine direction of the sheet (10) in the area ranging from the fusion-bonded part (13) to the open edge part, the incisions (16) being formed inside the edge (17) of the open edge part at a distance of 1 mm therefrom so that an area (18) having no incisions is left between the incised part and the edge (17) of the open edge part. Due to the presence of the area (1-mm wide) (18) having no incisions, the sheet does not suffer the tearing caused by tension along an incision, and the sheet can be smoothly drawn out. Meanwhile, the bags can be easily torn because of the incised part.
