Abstract:
Disclosed are a drug packaging defect detection unit, which automatically detects a drug packaging defect in a drug pouch having drugs sealed and packaged therein and informs a user of same, and a drug packaging apparatus comprising same. The disclosed drug packaging defect detection unit comprises: a defect detection camera for capturing an image of a drug pouch; a display panel on which is displayed a message informing of a drug packaging defect in case the drug pouch, of which the image has been captured by the defect detection camera, does not include drugs corresponding to a drug packaging command; and a controller for determining, on the basis of the image of the drug pouch captured by the defect detection camera, whether or not drugs accommodated in the drug pouch, the image of which has been captured by the defect detection camera, match the drugs corresponding to the drug packaging command and, if a mismatch is determined, commanding the display panel to display the message informing of the drug packaging defect.
