Abstract:
The invention is related to unclogging the atherosclerosis / clot / thrombus that clogs the blood vessel by means of a drug-releasing balloon with cutter wires, and releasing the drug not only on the opened lesion but also right into it with small incisions which are cut by means of the cutter wires, thus opening the clogged blood vessel and providing its re-endothelialization.
