[Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a drug solution supply tool and a drug solution supply device that make it possible to suppress development of burrs on a stopper. [Solution] The present application discloses a drug solution supply tool that can be attached to a container storing a drug solution. The drug supply tool comprises: a tubular base body that is configured to be attachable to an opening of the container and that has a tip portion in which an opening region through which the drug solution flows out is formed; a stopper that closes the opening region when displaced in the axial direction of the base body; and a pressing part that presses the stopper so as to close the opening region. The base body includes a retaining part having an apex portion that bulges out toward the axis of the base body to prevent the stopper from separating from the base body through the opening region. The stopper includes an outer-edge section that closes the opening region by abutting against the retaining part, and the stopper is formed of a resin that is harder than the base body.
