Abstract:

Neuropeptide Y receptor antagonists which contain as the active ingredient compounds represented by general formula (I) or salts thereof, wherein Ar represents aryl or heteroaryl; R?1� and R?2� are the same or different and each represents lower alkyl, or R?1� and R?2� may be bonded to each other to form alkylene optionally having intervening oxygen or sulfur; R?3� represents amino, lower alkyl or lower alkylamino; Y represents ethylene, trimethylene, vinylene, propenylene, -O-CH�2?-, -S-CH�2?- or -CH�2?-NH-.
