Abstract:
Disclosed are a drum brake (200) and a vehicle (100). The drum brake comprises a brake back plate (80), a brake drum (10), two brake shoes (20), an electric motor (30), a symmetrical cam (41) and two push rods (42), wherein the symmetrical cam (41) is arranged between the two brake shoes (20); the two push rods (42) are located on the same straight line running through the center of the symmetrical cam (41); two ends of each of the push rods (42) respectively abut against the symmetrical cam (41) and the corresponding brake shoe (20); and the electric motor (30) drives, via a cam push rod mechanism, the two brake shoes (20) to open.
