Abstract:
A drum joint (2) installation method, a steel reticulated shell, and an assembly unit construction method. The method comprises: firstly locating the projection point of the central point of the lower surface of the drum joint (4) on the ground, and installing a vertical jig frame (6); then locating the projection point of the central point of the lower surface of the drum joint (4) on the top surface of the vertical jig frame (6), and welding a central positioning rib (8); placing the central point of the lower surface of an auxiliary drum joint on the central positioning rib (8), rotating the auxiliary drum joint such that the spatial position of the upper surface of the auxiliary drum joint overlaps with the spatial position of the drum joint, and welding the positioning rebar (3) on the vertical jig frame (6); replacing the auxiliary drum joint with the drum joint (2), and welding and fixing the drum node (2) and the positioning rebar (3). The drum joint (2) can be quickly positioned by firstly locating the drum joint (2) by means of the auxiliary drum joint and then replacing the auxiliary drum joint with the drum joint (2). The drum joint (2) can be accurately positioned by locating the projection point of the central point of the top surface of the drum joint (4) and transforming the projction point by using the positioning rebar (3).
