Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of washing machines, and aims to solve the problem that stubborn dirt is easily formed in the lower region of the fold portion of the window pad of the existing drum type washing machine and is inconvenient to clean. For this purpose, the present invention provides a drum type washing machine and a control method therefor. The drum type washing machine comprises a drum, a window pad, a drainage assembly, and a cleaning assembly. The drum comprises an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder rotatably disposed in the outer cylinder. The window pad and the drainage assembly are separately connected to the outer cylinder. The window pad comprises a fold portion. The water inlet of the cleaning assembly is connected to the drainage assembly, and the drainage opening of the cleaning assembly is connected to the fold portion and is disposed toward the lower portion of the fold portion. In the present invention, the lower region of the fold portion of the window pad can be cleaned by means of drainage by a drum to avoid the formation of stubborn dirt, so that a user does not need to repeatedly clean, effectively solving the problem that stubborn dirt is easily formed in the lower region of the fold portion of the window pad of the existing drum type washing machine and is inconvenient to clean, improving user experience, and facilitating environmental protection.
