Abstract:

Provided is a drum-type washing machine capable of improving the reliability of a switching action performed by means of a clutch mechanism part. The clutch mechanism part (600) comprises: a clutch body (610), moving between a first position used for switching to a second drive form and a second position used for switching to a single-shaft drive form; a clutch lever (630), configured to rotate by taking a rotating shaft (634) as a centre, a pushing part (633) for pushing the clutch body (610) being formed at one end side, and a mounting shaft (635) parallel to the rotating shaft (634) being formed at the other end side; a clutch drive apparatus (650), provided with a cam (652) and a camshaft (653) which moves by means of the rotation of the cam (652), the camshaft (653) being parallel to the mounting shaft (635); and a relay rod (660), located between the clutch lever (630) and the clutch drive apparatus (650), an upper end part (661) being rotatably mounted on the mounting shaft (635), a lower end part (662) being rotatably mounted on the camshaft (653), and the other end side of the clutch lever (630) being pushed and pulled along with the movement of the camshaft (653).
