Description:
Description of the invention

Title of invention (As stated in the declaration)

Dry concrete creek with self-leveling ability of parts

Technical field of the relevant invention

This invention is related to the field of concrete streams that are placed next to each other in the form of dry creases and by the way they are connected to each other, they create the property of self-leveling. It can also be considered a concrete product used in agricultural lands, which has been created by experts in the construction industry.

Technical problems and expression of the purposes of the invention

Water transfer to agricultural lands is done by conventional methods using mud streams, in-situ concrete canals or plastic pipes (Lay flat). In the construction of mud streams, it is created with the help of a tool called Ditcher and performs the steps of transferring water to agricultural lands, which has a non-uniform surface with different depths. This causes the atmospheric floor to form with an uneven surface and the incoming water to the ground to be distributed unevenly. For this reason, farmers have to create mud dams (a kind of preventing the transfer of water in the mud creek routes) for better control and proper distribution of water, which requires time and energy. Also, in this method, two streams are placed parallel to each other and supply water to grade 3 streams (small inner streams of agricultural land) and occupy more area than agricultural land. On the other hand, the growth of plants (weeds) in the mud stream causes disturbance and prevents the intensity of water entering agricultural lands. Finally, the issue of water wastage is another important factor that requires appropriate measures in the context of the water crisis. In another way, the use of plastic pipes (Lay flat) is common, this group of water transmitters are associated with their own problems. In the use of these pipes, there are problems of vulnerability and lack of repair, which have different functions in different weather and climate conditions. In a hot climate (such as Khuzestan province), rot and rupture of these pipes are more likely to occur. Therefore, the useful life of these pipes can be considered with a short time. Also, the lack of repair of damaged parts is another issue that exists in this type of water pipes and increases their vulnerability. This issue is also caused in plastic pipes due to rupture with lengths of about 1 to 2 meters and increases water loss, which is a serious issue when water use is limited. On the other hand, in-situ concrete canals have been used in grade 1 streams with high water volume, which requires expertise and knowledge of construction and cost. Therefore, the construction of prefabricated concrete streams does not have the mentioned problems and with its help, a river with desirable characteristics can be created. Also, the prefabrication of these parts provides the ground for their relocation and reuse, which is effective in its economic efficiency. On the other hand, the property of self -leveling is another issue that the farmer can put the parts of the stream in a balanced way without the need for an expert.

Provide solutions to the existing technical problem along with an accurate, sufficient and integrated description of the invention

The present invention seeks to create concrete streams to solve water supply problems for farmers and ease of implementation, which requires a suitable bed. The construction of these parts is in a suitable place with the help of agricultural implements, and the esteemed farmer can create the hole required for the placement of the parts with the Ditcher tool. Therefore, the implementation of this type of creek is associated with a reduction in cost and does not create a pit with an excavator or worker. This also increases its economic efficiency and encourages the farmer to use this product.

In this type of creek, due to the crotch and tabs embedded along the sections, their placement is mandatory and in a suitable position. Therefore, its implementation does not require special knowledge and is free from the worries of constructing a creek with building materials. Also, the speed of placing the parts is such that it saves time and creates a smooth surface. Creating such a surface in the water atmosphere creates the ground for uniform distribution and supplies water to agricultural lands. Water supply is such that on one side of the concrete piece, a punch (hole with a circular shape) is created and installed in the required range. This technique eliminates the need to use metal doors and incur additional costs and provides water supply. On the other hand, the separation of the components provides the ground for easy transportation and makes it easy to implement. Also, the placement of these two components is such that the lower component is seven and a half (7.5) cm in front of the upper component and provides a bed for the placement of the next part. When the parts are placed next to each other, there is a common chapter that reduces the water outflow due to the two-component nature of each part and the displacement of the vertical axis. At the same time, the use of fasteners in the joint section of the parts is used to prevent water loss, which is not an obstacle to moving the parts later. Because the joint created by the concrete material is sealed, it is created from a very small volume compared to the piece and will be easily separated from each other.

The construction steps of the present concrete creek are as follows:

The construction of this type of creek is in 3 different types, which is used to meet the needs of farmers for irrigation of agricultural lands. The main body type consists of two components, lower and upper. The lower part is placed as a support and with a difference of seven and a half (7.5) cm from the upper part along the creek. In such a way that the installation of the next section in the continuation of the creek is with the same level and in the same direction. Also, the type of parts includes the lower component with a length of 15 cm (type 1), the upper component with a length of 30 cm and without water outlet (type 2), the upper component with a length of 30 cm and the water outlet (type 3). The use of this creek is for water supply of 3rd degree side streams. In type 3 (with water outlet of the upper part), a circular section with a diameter of 2 inches (about 5 cm) is emptied from the body of concrete parts and perpendicular to the side streams. They supply water to the 2nd degree creek. This technique is used to provide the same water supply to different parts of the field and no longer need metal doors to control and transfer water. Instead, polycarbonate 2-inch short pipes can be used for better transmission. This also reduces the cost of exploiting these streams for the farmer while using them and makes it economical.

The materials used in these concrete parts are in the form of ordinary sand and cement with a density of 2500 kg / m3, and the weight calculations of the parts are different in different types. In the upper part of the piece without holes, the cross section with an area of 0.062 square meters, with a length of 0.3 meters, has a volume equal to 0.0186 cubic meters. Therefore, expressed in density; It weighs 44.64 kg. Also, the example of this section with the possibility of transferring water to tributaries (perforated section) with a weight of 43.96 kg. The lower part of this section with a cross section of 0.07 square meters and a length of 0.03 meters has a volume equal to 0.021 cubic meters. Therefore, the weight of this piece with the desired density is equal to 50.4 kg. On the other hand, the weight of this section with a length of 0.15 meters, which has a volume equal to 0.0105 cubic meters in the lower part of the perforated sections (for transferring water to grade 3 tributaries). This piece has a density of 2500 kg / m3 and a weight of 25.2 kg by default. In this way, the weight of prefabricated concrete creek parts and components can be considered in such a way that they are portable with the help of light machines and a maximum of 2 workers can easily move them.

Making a concrete piece requires a mold that is permanently in the concrete reinforcement process at a specific time and then easily removed from it. This type of mold is made in two pieces and performs separation operations in the horizontal axis. In such a way that during concreting, it is locked together with the help of fasteners such as bolts or other fasteners and is separated from it when needed (after the initial strength of concrete). At the end of the molding operation is done and the desired part is created according to the mold. In this regard, creating a suitable part with high strength requires proper maintenance and supply of moisture required for concrete at a certain time. These conditions are different in different climates and seasons, which creates different conditions. On the other hand, to create a hole in the upper part with water outlet, it is necessary to reduce the pipe embedded in the mold with a diameter of 2 inches (about 5 cm) during the initial strength of the concrete. In this case, at the time of concreting, the pipe is placed in the mold and after vibration, it comes out at the right time (when the concrete reaches its initial strength). Finally, the mold components are separated from the perimeter and the concrete maintenance operation is performed. Explain shapes, maps and diagrams

In this section, technical and executive plans and perspectives for the construction of prefabricated concrete creeks are mentioned. First, in Figures (Figure 1), (Figure 2), (Figure 3), the types of precast concrete parts are mentioned, which include the lower part for proper settlement on the created section (Figure 1), the upper part without water outlet (Figure 2) and the upper part with water outlet (Figure 3). In Figure 4, we can see the perspective view of the lower part with a length of 15 cm, which is the interface and support for the upper parts. Also, in Figures 5 and 6, a perspective view of the upper part without water outlet and with water outlet is observed, which is equal to 30 cm in length. Figure 7 refers to the placement of the lower (2) and upper components with the water outlet (1), which is a part of the creek. Also, in Figure 8 can be seen the placement of different concrete sections next to each other and the formation of prefabricated creek. In these parts, the upper part with water outlet with a diameter of 2 inches (1) is used. In this method, according to the needs of the employer, the parts with water outlet can be moved and can be placed in different positions (one in between, one for both parts, one, etc.). Finally, Figure 9 shows the placement of the parts and the formation of the creek in the space drilled by Ditcher. Figure 10 refers to the design steps (idea diagram) which shows the process of assembling the initial ideas and turning them into a design.

Explaining at least one practical method for applying an invention Execution of prefabricated creek parts is such that they are placed on top of each other to create a smooth and uniform surface. These pieces are locked together and are forced to be in the right place. In this way, the alignment of the parts is created due to the type of connection between them and provides a suitable river for water transfer in agricultural lands. Therefore, the main place of application of this type of creek can be considered for agricultural use. However, the use of prefabricated streams due to the ease and speed of implementation can be used in streams suitable for these dimensions, and provide water transfer for other industries.

The steps of concrete creek are done in 3 steps and are connected in the same direction by connecting the crotch and the tab with the feature of self-alignment. First, the farmer digs the location of the creek in a low width position with the help of a (Ditcher). Then, the surface of the creek floor is moistened and the soil compaction operation is performed with the help of a tractor wheel. In the next step, the lower part of the parts is placed in a suitable position and another type of lower part (lower part with a length of 0.15 m) is used for water supply. The upper part is then installed on the middle of the lower part in the form of a cross-tab. In this case, the parts are forced to be in the right position and have an integrated surface that is appropriate to the slope. Finally, in order not to waste water, fill the joints with cement sand mortar, which is used only to fill and prevent water from leaving the concrete stream. It should be noted that the straps, due to their small consumption, do not create a permanent connection between the parts and can be easily removed.

Explaining at least one practical method for applying an invention

The application of this invention is in the field of construction industry and agriculture. Because the parts are designed with construction materials and in order to supply water to agricultural lands. Based on this, the plots are self-leveling next to each other and create a watercourse for agricultural lands that has different characteristics. This creek is designed from two separate parts and is locked in each other and transports water from the main canal. So that it has a proportionate surface and away from the problems of a normal creek. Also, it is implemented with the lowest cost and users can perform excavation and infrastructure steps with their agricultural equipment. Therefore, due to the designed details and the way the components are placed next to each other, it is easy to execute and farmers with a little experience can put these parts together.
