Abstract:
A dry ice pellet transfer apparatus (10) and a dry ice slice production device. The dry ice pellet transfer apparatus (10) comprises a dry ice pelletizer (100) and a sealed transfer assembly (200). The sealed transfer assembly (200) comprises a sealing box (210), a conveyor belt (220) and multiple dry ice baffles (230). An input opening of the sealing box (210) is in communication with an output end of the dry ice pelletizer (100). The conveyor belt (220) and the multiple dry ice baffles (230) are all disposed in the sealing box (210) to transfer dry ice pellets. The multiple dry ice baffles (230) are all connected to the conveyor belt (220). An ice storage space is formed between two adjacent dry ice baffles (230) to accommodate the dry ice pellets. The sealing box (210) is sleeved on the conveyor belt (210) to isolate the conveyor belt (220) from the external environment, thereby reducing ingress of water vapor from the external environment and lowering the water vapor content in the sealing box (210). Hence, the probability that ice cubes formed near the conveyor belt (220) by means of condensation is reduced, the probability that the conveyor belt (220) is stuck by ice cubes is effectively reduced, and the transfer resistance of the conveyor belt (220) is therefore effectively reduced.
