Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of heat exchange, and specifically provides a dry-type evaporator. The present invention aims to solve the problem of it not being possible for an existing dry-type evaporator to realize uniform liquid distribution. With regards to this aim, the dry-type evaporator of the present invention comprises a pressure box and a liquid uniforming box that are arranged in a stacked manner, and a plurality of heat exchange pipes. A plurality of pressure holes provided in the pressure box are used for enabling a pressure cavity to be in communication with a liquid uniforming cavity, and a plurality of liquid uniforming holes provided in the liquid uniforming box are used for enabling the liquid uniforming cavity to be in communication with the heat exchange pipes, wherein the diameter of the pressure holes and the diameter of the heat exchange pipes are both greater than the diameter of the liquid uniforming holes, and the number of pressure holes is smaller than the number of liquid uniforming holes; and a first horizontal partition is arranged in the pressure box, such that the pressure cavity is divided into a first pressure cavity and a second pressure cavity that are distributed up and down, and a second horizontal partition is arranged in the liquid uniforming box to divide the liquid uniforming cavity into a first liquid uniforming cavity and a second liquid uniforming cavity that are distributed up and down, such that the problem of non-uniform liquid distribution caused by the effect of gravity is eliminated to the greatest extent, thereby improving the liquid distribution effect of the dry-type evaporator to the greatest extent, and improving the heat exchange efficiency.
