Abstract:
A dry-type transformer cast by polyurethane resin and a processing method therefor. The dry-type transformer comprises a high-voltage winding, a low-voltage winding, an iron core, and clips; the windings are formed by mixing polyurethane resin and a curing agent in a mass ratio of 3:1 and then casting; and the casting method comprises: putting the polyurethane resin and the curing agent into an oven to preheat for 3 hours at a temperature of 70℃, next, controlling the temperature at 60-65℃, stirring for 1-1.5 hours and vacuuming to 120-150 pa, when casting, the vacuum temperature of a casting tank (3) being 80°C, and the mold temperature being 70°C, pouring to cast when the vacuum is 70-100 pa, controlling the casting time to be within 40-60 minutes and adding a positive pressure of 0.2 MPa, and then taking out the cast winding.
