Abstract:
A dry-type transformer for heat dissipation and noise reduction, comprising clamping pieces (1) and a base (2), wherein iron cores (3) are fixed on the clamping pieces (1) respectively and the iron cores (3) are fixed and limited by the clamping pieces (1); high-voltage and low-voltage coils are wound around the iron cores (3); the iron cores (3) are arranged on the base (2); the base (2) is further provided with a plurality of fans (5) disposed on two sides of the iron cores (3); the fans (5) are detachably installed; each of the clamping pieces (1) comprises one group of strip-shaped steel plates (10) and fixing screws; two ends of the strip-shaped steel plates (10) are provided with fixing holes; and the fixing screws penetrate the fixing holes to fix the clamping pieces (1) by means of screws and nuts; said one group of strip-shaped steel plates (10) comprises two strip-shaped steel plates (10) of the same shape; one side surface of the strip-shaped steel plates (10) is provided with an interlayer (11) which may be elastically compressed or elastically expanded, and the interlayer (11) has a thickness of 4 to 5 cm in an uncompressed or expanded state.
