Abstract:
A dry washing device capable of sorting heavy materials from the mixture of the heavy materials and light materials with a specific gravity smaller than that of the heavy materials. The dry washing device comprises a tubular casing having a center axis, an inner tube formed in the casing, a collecting part collecting the heavy materials, a chuting part chuting the mixture to the upper side of the inner tube, an inflow port for leading air between the casing and the inner tube, and an outflow port capable of discharging the air and the light materials through a clearance between the casing and the inner tube. The casing comprises an inner surface roughly parallel with its center axis. The inner tube comprises an upper surface having a projected center part and an outer surface having, on the inner surface of the casing, portions opposed roughly parallel with each other. The collecting part is formed at the lower part of the inner tube. Also, the dry washing device can separate and collect the heavy materials from the mixture without mixing the light materials with the heavy materials.
