Title:
DRYER PATH IN A COOLANT CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO2006102862
Kind Code:
B1
Abstract:
The invention relates to the position and configuration of a dryer path in a closed coolant circuit, wherein a liquid coolant, which is guided at high pressure, is released prior to being guided to an evaporator wherein it is at least partially evaporated and wherein the evaporated coolant emerging from the evaporator is compressed at low pressure and is liquefied again in a capacitor.According to the invention, the drier path (6; 6a) is arranged in the low pressure section (1) of the coolant downstream form the evaporator (2) and/or in the high pressure section (11) of the coolant downstream from the capacitor (3) and the dryer path consists of a released drying agent (7; 7a) which can be flushed through and/or flushed around by the coolant and a sieve (8) which is arranged downstream from the drying agent (7, 7a) in the direction of flow of the coolant.
