Abstract:
A drying agent for drilling water-based mud, relating to the technical field of drilling waste liquid treatment. The drying agent for drilling water-based mud comprises polyaluminum chloride, calcium oxide, silicon dioxide, carboxymethyl cellulose, and a curing agent. Upon testing, a solid waste leaching solution of the drilling water-based mud complies with a discharge standard of the highest allowable discharge concentration standard limit value in table 1 of "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard" GB8978-1996. By adding the drying agent, the drilling water-based mud is rapidly dried into a solid phase, and due to no liquid portion, the treatment of the liquid portion is omitted. The present invention has the advantages of simple and fast construction, a good treatment effect, a small impact on the environment, etc.
