Abstract:
A drying apparatus and a control method therefor are disclosed. The drying apparatus comprises: a main body for forming a cavity in which objects are dried; multiple waveguides provided at one side of the main body, and emitting a microwave to the objects; a plurality of magnetrons provided at one side of the main body, and generating the microwave and respectively transmitting the same to the multiple waveguides; a plurality of power units for respectively transmitting, to the plurality of magnetrons, high voltage for generating the microwave; and a control unit, wherein the control unit controls the plurality of power units so as to successively turn the power units on/off in a preset pattern such that the microwave is uniformly emitted in the cavity from the multiple waveguides.
