Abstract:
A drying apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a drying container, provided with a stirrer, for receiving an object to be dried; a deodorizing part for promoting drying of the object to be dried by heating the bottom of the drying container, and receiving and pyrolyzing organics generated by the object to be dried; a condenser for receiving steam containing the organics generated by the object to be dried, and producing condensate water by cooling the steam; a blower for allowing the steam containing the organics in the drying container to flow into the condenser by generating an air pressure difference, and transferring steam which is not condensed in the condenser and the organics to the deodorizing part; a drain pipe which functions as a pathway introducing the steam and the organics in the drying container to the condenser; and a container cover disposed on the upper end of the drying container. According to the present invention, the deodorizing part is capable of simultaneously performing two functions of pyrolyzing the organics as well as heating the object to be dried, thereby providing a drying apparatus having reduced malodor occurrence and improved energy efficiency, compared to a conventional method.
