Abstract:
An airflow-type continuous drying device (1) configured from a granulation-product feed unit (11), a drying treatment unit (12), and a product discharging unit (13). The granulation-product feed unit (11) is formed on a stainless steel pipe (21) and includes a granulation-product feed opening (22) into which a granulation product is fed, and a hot air injection opening (23) into which high-pressure hot air is supplied. The drying treatment unit (12) includes a looped pipe (25) that is wound around the stainless steel pipe. The looped pipe (25) is arranged laterally in the horizontal direction and enables the granulation product to be dried highly efficiently and without powdering. The product discharging unit (13) is provided with a cyclone collector (26), and is the point at which the granulation product that has been passed through the looped tube (25) and dried is recovered.
