Abstract:
The present utility model belongs to the field of gel candy production, and particularly relates to a drying device for a gel candy sugar-coating process. The drying device comprises a drying tunnel (1), a rack, and a loading conveyer belt (2) arranged in the drying tunnel (1) by means of the rack, wherein the loading conveyer belt (2) comprises a driving roller (21) and a rubber belt (22); several forming mold cavities (221) are arranged in an outer surface of the rubber belt (22) in a rectangular array; a soft ejection block (222) is arranged at the bottom of each forming mold cavity (221); a loading member (3) for placing a gel raw material into each forming mold cavity (221) is arranged at the front end of the loading conveyer belt (2) by means of the rack; and the rack is further provided with an unloading member (4) which is located in the rubber belt (22) and arranged towards the soft ejection blocks (222) of the rubber belt (22) below the unloading member. The device is used for forming gel candies. After the gel raw materials are dried and formed by means of the drying tunnel, the soft ejection blocks are pushed by the unloading member to eject the formed gel candies, and drying and demolding are then sequentially carried out. The belt is a rubber belt, such that the gel candies are conveniently demolded in sequence, thereby simplifying the operation difficulty.
