Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a drying device for processing color masterbatch, belonging to the field of color masterbatch. A drying device for processing color masterbatch, comprising a box body, a spin-drying tub and an air drying pipe, wherein the spin-drying tub is rotatably connected to the box body, the air drying pipe is fixedly connected to the box body, and is connected to the spin tub by means of a connecting pipe, an air drying fan is rotatably connected to the air drying pipe, a discharge pipe is fixedly connected to the box body, the discharge pipe is fixedly connected to the air drying pipe, a driving mechanism is fixedly connected to the box body, the driving mechanism is rotatably connected to the spin-drying tub and the air drying fan, and a heating mechanism is fixedly connected to the box body. The present invention is easy to use and has a good drying effect; a spin-drying tub is used to perform preliminary spin-drying and then air drying is performed, so as to reduce uneven temperature caused by the accumulation of the color masterbatch in an air drying or drying device, and reduce the occurrence of a part of the color masterbatch not being air-dried, thereby improving the air drying efficiency of the color masterbatch, and increasing the uniformity of drying of the color masterbatch and making the color masterbatch be well dried.
