Abstract:
A drying device for wear-resistant and anti-burning fabric production, comprising a box body (2). Fixing plates (6) are fixed onto the front wall and the rear wall inside the box body (2), viewing from the front surface of the box body (2); vertical rods (17) are slidably connected to the sides of the fixing plates (6) close to each other; two rotating rollers (8) arranged up and down are rotatably connected between the vertical rods (17), and a longitudinal transverse rod (18) is fixed to the bottoms of the two vertical rods (17) jointly; a pair of lug plates is fixed to the lower surface of the transverse rod (18); a roller (15) is rotatably connected between the pair of lug plates; a driving motor (13) is fixed to the rear surface of the box body (2); an output shaft of the driving motor (13) penetrates through the rear surface of the box body (2) and is fixedly connected to a connection rod (14); a cam (5) is fixedly fitted over the connection rod (14), and is located directly below the roller (15); a hot-air blower (1) is fixed to the upper surface of the box body (2); an output pipe (11) is fixed to an output end of the hot-air blower (1); and a U-shaped pipe (12) is connected to the other end of the output pipe (11). In the drying device, fabric is shaken in the shape of a wave, such that the fabric can shake in the box body (2), thereby improving the drying efficiency of the fabric.
