Abstract:
A drying device, comprising a drying box (4), a heating furnace (1), a motor (5), and a heat recovery tank (6). Hot air generated by the heating furnace (1) enters the drying box (4) through a hot air pipe (2) by means of a blower; the drying box (4) is inlaid with a transparent observation window (3); a feed port (8) is provided at the top of the drying box (4); one end of an air discharge pipe (7) is in communication with the drying box (4), and the other end of the air discharge pipe (7) is in communication with the heat recovery tank (6); a slide groove (10) is provided in the drying box (4); a backing plate (12) is connected to the slide groove (10) by means of a slider; the backing plate (12) can move up and down in the direction of the slide groove (10); a rotary shaft (13) is provided below the backing plate (12); the rotary shaft (13) passes through the drying box (4) to be connected to the motor (5); a protruding rod (15) is welded on the rotary shaft (13); one end of the backing plate (12) is inlaid with a first permanent magnet (11); a second permanent magnet (14) is on the same vertical line as the first permanent magnet (11); the second permanent magnet (14) is connected to a rotating shaft (9); the second permanent magnet (14) can rotate by 360° under the action of the rotating shaft (9); a discharge port is provided on one side of the drying box (4); the discharge port is distant from the first permanent magnet (11), and the discharge port is flush with the lowest point of the backing plate (12). The drying device is reasonably designed; the heat recovery tank (6) can recycle the heat in the drying box (4).
