Abstract:
Disclosed is a drying heat recovery apparatus for leather production, the apparatus comprising a conveying mechanism (2) arranged inside an oven (1), wherein the conveying mechanism (2) is composed of two groups of symmetrically distributed needle-type conveyor belts (3), and a supporting plate (4) is arranged between each group of needle-type conveyor belts (3) with a starting end arranged at an outer side of the oven (1), and at least one pressing apparatus (5) is fixedly connected to the supporting plate (4); and at least three drying inner cavities are provided in the oven (1), with an air exhaust pipe being arranged at the top end of the oven (1) corresponding to each drying inner cavity. The apparatus surpasses an existing two-cavity structural design, and uses multiple cavities to achieve a temperature gradient. In addition, as the number of drying inner cavities increases, harmful waste gas and water vapor discharged from corresponding air exhaust pipes are treated in the first few drying inner cavities, and hot gas discharged from an air exhaust pipe of a tail-end drying inner cavity N can be directly delivered, by means of a pipeline, to an air output pipe in a starting-end drying inner cavity A so as to be used for preliminary drying.
