Abstract:
Disclosed is a drying method which involves: a step for heating an object to be dried placed in a drying chamber to a predetermined temperature; a step for maintaining said predetermined temperature; a step for increasing the pressure within the drying chamber to a predetermined pressure which is higher than the atmospheric pressure; and a step for reducing the pressure within the drying chamber from the predetermined pressure.
