Abstract:
A drying oven for quickly drying large-particle solids, comprising an oven body (5), an operation interface (6), support legs (7), a power cord (8), a drying bin (1), a roller (2), a roller shaft (3), and a drying platform (4). The drying platform (4) is disposed inside the drying bin (1); the roller (2) is located in the drying bin (1) and directly above the drying platform (4); the roller (2) is internally hollow, and a notch accounting for 1/4 of the volume of the roller (2)is formed on the side wall of the roller (2); the roller (2) is connected to the inner wall of the drying bin (1) by means of the roller shaft (3); a heating circuit, a temperature controller, and a motor are provided inside the oven body (5); one end of the roller shaft (3) is connected to the motor. The drying oven is applicable to quickly dry large-particle solids, thereby effectively improving the drying efficiency by increasing the contact areas between the surfaces of particle solids and air during a drying process.
