Abstract:
Provided is a dryness-fraction measuring device comprising: an examination-light emitter 11 that emits examination light having at least a wavelength which is absorbed by a saturated liquid; an examination tube 21 inside of which wet steam flows, and which is provided with a first window 121A through which the examination light generated by the examination-light emitter 11 enters, and a second window 121B from which the examination light that passed through the inside of the examination tube 21 is emitted; a light receiver 12 that receives the examination light which passed through the examination tube 21; and a dryness-fraction specifying unit 301 that, on the basis of the light intensity of the received examination light, specifies the dryness fraction of the wet steam. A hydrophilic treatment is carried out on the first and/or second window 121A, 121B.
