Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of measuring dryness even when wet steam is in a transient state. A dryness measuring device is provided with: a variation amount measuring unit (101) which measures the variation amount of the intensity of light transmitted through wet steam to be measured or absorbance; and a dryness measuring unit (102) which, on the basis of a correlation between the variation amount of the intensity of light or the absorbance and dryness, measures the dryness of the wet steam. Even if the wet steam is in a transient state, the dryness of the wet steam can be measured.
