Abstract:
Provided herein are Dsg2-derived peptides for inhibiting EMT and/or vasculogenic mimicry and treating and/or preventing angiogenesis-related diseases. Also provided are pharmaceutical compositions comprising the peptides of the invention and methods of using the peptides of the invention in inhibiting EMT and/or vasculogenic mimicry, and treating and/or preventing angiogenesis-related diseases.
