Abstract:
A DSP-based multi-control channel control method for an electric injection molding machine. The method is based on an electric injection molding machine comprising a first control channel, a second control channel, and a third control channel, and comprises the following steps: set the first control channel to control the process flow of the electric injection molding machine, the second control channel to control the temperature of the electric injection molding machine, and the third control channel to control a manipulator; the first control channel performs bi-directional data communication by means of a multi-channel manager and the second control channel; the second control channel detects and controls the temperature to enable the temperature to fall within a set temperature range; the first control channel controls the electric injection molding machine to process products, and the second control channel stops controlling after processing is completed; the third control channel controls the manipulator to operate to take out the products and place same to the designated position. The method realizes joint control by combining a plurality of control channels, is easy to operate, and reduces energy consumption.
