Abstract:
A dual-axle tracking apparatus comprising: a rotating platform (100) comprising an inner cylinder (110) and an outer cylinder (120), the outer cylinder (120) being rotatively sleeved on the inner cylinder (110); a support frame (300) comprising a crossbeam (310) and a main frame bracket (320), the crossbeam (310) being fixedly arranged on the top of the outer cylinder (120), the main frame bracket (320) being rotatively connected to the crossbeam (310), and the main frame bracket (320) being used for mounting a solar panel (A); a first rotating mechanism (200) and a second rotating mechanism (400), both rotating mechanisms (200 and 400) being fundamentally identical in terms of structure, both comprising plate-shaped support frames (210 and 410), traction cables (220 and 420), input shafts (230 and 430), and swinging arms (240 and 440). The input shafts (230 and 430) drive the traction cables (220 and 420) to slide along the periphery of the plate-shaped support frames (210 and 410). The traction cables (220 and 420) drive the swinging arms (240 and 440) to rotate. In the first rotating mechanism (200), the first swinging arm (240) drives the outer cylinder (120) to rotate around the inner cylinder (110). In the second rotating mechanism (400), the second swinging arm (440) drives the main frame bracket (320) to rotate around the crossbeam (310). The dual-axle tracking apparatus implements two degrees of freedom in the operation of the solar panel (A) mounted on the main frame bracket (320), is structurally solid, runs steadily, and is inexpensive to manufacture.
